I read this interesting article today about how Skype was developing a iPhone app to enable users to access voip via WIFI. This is something we’ve been doing for a while using Fring and it works great. It’s interesting to see the migration over to wireless internet VOIP.
OMG what a service offering we have for call centres. If either they are on site or remote we’ve got a deal that works out to be under 2cents a minute North America.
Our all in one solution offers not just IP Telephony alone but also a internet connection dedicated for it. A single point of contact is the result taking the stress of any service incidents away from users. We think that’s cool and speaks to our passion for quality of service. After a number of years working for a big telco we understand what quality of service really means. Especially to small business’s.
We have decided to do a free cost assessment for any business that would like to do a expense comparison of there existing telephony service as compared to IP telephony.
